How much is the delivery charge?
We offer a choice of 2 different rates
Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For £7.95 and Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For £3.95​

 

How is my Order delivered?

All shipped items are tracked and will need to be signed for.

We use Royal Mail for Small and Medium items. 

Parcel Force for large items.

Occassionally we may use EVRI or DPD if an order needs to be delivered quickly and Royal Mail or ParcelForce can't meet the deadline. 

We also make deliveries ourselves in the local area, occasionally further afield when necessary.

You will always receive a Confirmation Email with your Tracking Number

We despatch to the whole of the UK 

If you are outside of the UK, please Contact Us for delivery costs before you order.

What are your opening hours and can I visit your shop?

We are an Online Store Only.

We are not open to the public, however, if you would like to discuss your requirements, or see samples we can arrange an appointment for you. 

We can also visit your premises to assess, measure and make suggestions if required.

What sort of flowers do you use?  

We use high quality, realistic silk flowers and foliage in the majority of our flower arrangements, many of which are approved by The British Florist Association.

We also use velvet foam flowers for some wedding flowers and decorations if you prefer them.  Foam flowers come in a huge range of colours and make a great base for adding all kinds of embellishments.

 

I would like an artificial flower arrangement for my house, but can't find the right size or colours I need.  Can you help?

Yes, we can design and create a unique arrangement for you to suit any space, style or colour scheme.  If you have a favourite vase or container, we can make the arrangement to suit it.

I am getting married in 3 weeks! Can you help?

Yes, usually we can work to short timescales if urgent, but please Contact Us to let us know so we can make sure your requirements can be met in time.

I really like one of the Bridal Bouquets on your website, but I would like another flower added.  Can you do that for me?

Yes!  If you would like a particular colour or flower added to one of our bouquets or arrangements, just let us know and we will be happy to do that for you.

I have an idea of the Wedding Flowers I would like but I can't see anything similar.  Can you make them for me?

Yes we can!  There are so many colours, flowers and styles, it would be impossible to offer everything on our website, so please Contact Us with your ideas, requirements and any photos and we will be happy to design them for you.

I am looking for Artificial Wedding Flowers made with foam roses.  I can see there are lots of colour choices available, but not the ones I want.  Can you make them in other colours?

Yes.  Although we offer a large range of colours and combinations, foam roses are available in almost any colour you can think of, so please Contact Us and we will do our best to get the colour or colours you need.

Help!  It's my Mum's Birthday at the end of the week.  Can you send flowers to her in time?

Yes in most circumstances we can, but please check with us first to make sure, if the date is very close, and you may need to pay for Next Day Delivery especially if there are Weekends or Bank Holidays before then. Don't forget you can send flowers with a personal message.

I'm looking for Artificial Funeral Flowers for a loved one.  They had a passion for their hobby, which was a big part of their life.  Can you make something for the Funeral?

Yes, we can make any item as a floral interpretation for a Funeral or Graveside.  Whether it was a favourite sport, hobby, drink, food item or just something that reminds you of them.  Please get in touch for a quote.
