PRICE AND PAYMENT

Payment can be made with any Credit or Debit Card processed via Square or Paypal.  You will also have the option to pay with Paypal Credit to spread your payments.

Payment must be made in full (price as stated on the website) at time of ordering. 

All prices are in pounds sterling.

We do not hold any customer payment details as all payments are processed by Paypal or Square.

 

DELIVERY

FREE UK DELIVERY

Outside of the UK -  please email or phone prior to ordering for postage rates.

If you require items urgently or by a particular date please let us know.

RETURNS

If the item you have ordered is unsuitable you may return the item within 90 days for a full refund, as long it is in an unused condition in original packaging. 

Please Note custom made/bespoke items are non returnable.

Postage costs are non-refundable.  Return postage cost will be your responsibility

PRIVACY POLICY 

All information collected on our website is for internal use only, including customer and recipient personal details. This information is necessary to ensure the smooth processing of your order and allows us to contact you if any problems occur. 

No payment information is taken, stored or used by Silk Flower House as all payments go through secure payment gateways - Paypal or Squre.

We never make your personal details available to outside companies for any purposes.

All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

Due to the nature of the materials used sizes stated are approximate

There may be occasions when exact flower and foliage varieties are not available due to circumstances beyond our control.  However, we will always use components of the same quality and as close to the original design as possible so it won't affect the overall style and design.
