PRICE AND PAYMENT

Payment must be made in full (price as stated on the website) at time of ordering. All prices are in pounds sterling.We do not hold any customer payment details as all payments are processed by Paypal or Square.

DELIVERY

Delivery within the UK

£3.95 per order for 2nd Class Signed For Delivery by Royal Mail

£7.95 per order for 1st Class Signed For Delivery by Royal Mail

FREE Delivery for orders over £100

Outside of the UK - please email or phone prior to ordering for postage rates.

If you require items urgently or by a particular date please let us know.

RETURNS

If the item you have ordered is unsuitable you may return the item within 7 days for a full refund, as long it is in an unused condition in original packaging.

Please Note custom made/bespoke items are non returnable.

Postage costs are non-refundable. Return postage cost will be your responsibility

Due to the nature of the materials used sizes stated are approximate

There may be occasions when exact flower and foliage varieties are not available due to circumstances beyond our control. (For example, over recent years there have been delays in products arriving in the UK due to Covid, Brexit and shipping problems from the Far East etc) However, we will always use components of the same quality and as close to the original design as possible so it won't affect the overall style and design.
